Suncoast Marine Supply Policy for Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We understand you may have purchased an item that needs to be returned or refunded. Our return policy is intended to assist you with getting the right product for your needs.
If your purchase does not meet your needs or expectations, package your unused item in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at suncoastmarinesupply@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items
There are certain items we sell that are unable to be returned due to their specialized use or characteristics; refer to the list below for items that cannot be returned:
- Any installed product
- Items past their expiration date such as flares, charts, publications
- All gas, electric and trolling motors
- Items that are registered such as boats, EPIRB, PLBs, SPOT, Class B AIS, and life rafts
- All special orders
- Any cut or customized items such as boat covers, cable, rope, hose, chain or rigging
- Open computer software and electronic charts. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective
- Air conditioners, generators, and appliances
- Products must be complete in the original packaging and unused / available for re-stocking if undefective. (restocking fees may apply)
- Non-stock items may not be returned

Any item that states a NO-Return Policy via the Manufacturer in the product’s description!
- Remanufactured, refurbished, factory-reconditioned, or recertified products (unless the manufacturer explicitly states they are return-eligible).
Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.
Manufacturer Return Policies:
A Manufacturer may not accept returns on specific items. If so, this should be noted in the description. We try our best to display the most accurate / up to date information. This may not be displayed in the product item description. However, before any Returns are processed, we double check the Manufacturer’s Policies to confirm the eligibility of a return an item.
Return Policy Abuse:
Suncoast Marine Supply reserves the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of abusing any Suncoast Marine Supply policy.
Electronic Devices:
Please remember to delete/remove your personal data and information on identified defective electronic devices prior to sending product to manufacturer or store.
Refunds:
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable on any return and are charged at a rate of 2.9% of the total order amount.
- We can return funds only to debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa Insignia. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Fees:
- Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact the RMA department for details. Payment processing fees are non-refundable on any return and are charged at a rate of 2.9% of the total order amount.

Suncoast Marine Supply is not responsible for covering any return shipping costs, restocking fees, or other return-related charges.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:
We do not do "SWAPS" or "EXCHANGES"
- Submit and ship the item you're returning.
- Once we receive the item you're returning we will issue your refund.
- Order the correct item at any time. In-stock items are shipped same day if ordered before 2pm.
Additional Notes:
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- We make every effort to provide accurate product information—including images, pricing, descriptions, and specifications—to help you make informed purchasing decisions. However, occasional inaccuracies may occur. In such cases, Suncoast Marine Supply reserves the right to cancel / return and refund any order affected by incorrect listings (e.g., pricing errors, unavailable items, or specification mistakes) at any time, even after order confirmation. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and fairness for all customers.

All buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping a return, unless noted otherwise.

Suncoast Marine Supply’s goal is to make purchasing product as easy as possible while protecting both our customers and our business from fraudulent activity.
Order Verification & Fraud Prevention We reserve the right to verify certain aspects of any order that appears suspicious or unverified (examples include, but are not limited to: different billing and shipping addresses, high-value orders, unusual ordering patterns, or similarities to past fraudulent activity). If your order is flagged, we will contact you for confirmation.
If we do not receive a timely response confirming the legitimacy of the order within 24 hours, we will automatically cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once canceled, you will need to place a new order with verified/corrected information if you still wish to purchase. This policy helps us maintain the lowest prices and fast shipping for all legitimate customers.
