Most products ship free on orders over $99, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Delivery Estimates:

We work hard to provide accurate estimated delivery dates whenever possible. Please note that ETAs are estimates only and are based on inventory and carrier information available at the time of review. Delivery timelines may change without notice.

NOTE: All items purchased on Suncoast Marine Supply’s Website will be shipped directly from Distributor/Vendor locations unless noted otherwise and will be delivered to you with the shipping option you choose at checkout. Packages arrive through either UPS or FedEx (and in some cases USPS). Tracking numbers for items purchased are sent to the email you provided to us at the time of checkout. 

If you have a question on whether an item qualifies for NEXT or SAME DAY

DELIVERY/SHIPPING, Contact Us for a more accurate estimated delivery time. Same Day Delivery is available from select stores and does not apply to all items. Delivery radius varies. Orders placed after 12pm may be delivered the next day.

Each shipping option is available at checkout, but no shipping option is guaranteed due to weather conditions, traffic delays, sudden inventory changes and other instances that may arise. Arrival dates are for domestic orders placed before 4:00pm ET Mon-Fri. We offer these shipping options to the Contiguous US States Only. 

 

Note: Select items will be shipped to you directly from the Vendor and will not be expedited and can only be sent to a residential address in the US.

Restrictions on Shipping:

Some items are placed with shipping restrictions and will not ship to a PO Box, DOP, FPO, APO. No international Shipping available. 

 

Hazardous Shipping:

When a shipping option is labeled as Hazardous, it simply means Standard Shipping (or ground service) will be the shipping method since these items are considered hazardous. Expect 3-7 business days for delivery. Hazardous items are only shipped to the Contiguous US. You may be charged an additional fee per item. 

 

Truck Freight Shipping:

When your shipping option is labeled “Truck Freight” it simply means that item surpasses standard shipping limits based on weight and/or size. Signature is required to complete delivery. This option is only available in the Contiguous US. Truck Freight items may be subject to an extra fee.

***Note: We try our best to accurately calculate each shipping costs per item listed. Each carrier holds separate rates that change daily! Despite our best efforts, orders may be due to cancellation if unexpected shipping charges arise.

 

A team member will always contact you regarding these price increases to notify you as soon as possible. (You) The customer can then decide to pay the difference in shipping or accept a full refund and cancellation.

 

Suncoast Marine Supply’s goal is to make purchasing product as easy as possible while protecting both our customers and our business from fraudulent activity.

Order Verification & Fraud Prevention We reserve the right to verify certain aspects of any order that appears suspicious or unverified (examples include, but are not limited to: different billing and shipping addresses, high-value orders, unusual ordering patterns, or similarities to past fraudulent activity). If your order is flagged, we will contact you for confirmation.

If we do not receive a timely response confirming the legitimacy of the order within 24 hours, we will automatically cancel the order and issue a full refund, packages that have shipped may be requested to return back to shipper. Once canceled, you will need to place a new order with verified/corrected information if you still wish to purchase.
