Pricing & Estimates
Transparent pricing based on your specific boat and service needs

Because every boat, engine, and service request is different, pricing for mobile marine services varies by job.

Factors such as:

✔ Engine type
✔ Service location
✔ Condition of components
✔ Time required
✔ Any additional repairs discovered during service can all affect the final cost.

To ensure accuracy and avoid surprises, pricing is discussed and confirmed after booking and before we arrive onsite. If additional work is recommended beyond the original service request, we will communicate this clearly before proceeding.

Customers are always welcome to contact us before booking to discuss their needs and request an estimated service range. Our goal is to provide honest guidance, clear expectations, and fair pricing—every time.

Pricing Notice: You may see a price listed for this service on Google or other platforms. This price is not the final cost and is shown only to meet listing requirements.

I scheduled a service on your website, is my appointment time guaranteed?
We do our best to keep all appointments on schedule. Most services need to be manually approved by a team member to ensure no scheduling conflicts.

Because our services are mobile and can be affected by travel time, weather, access restrictions, and job complexity, appointment times may occasionally need to be adjusted.

Once we have reviewed your time slot is available and no changes need to be made, an email confirmation will be sent and we will follow up a few days before your scheduled appointment date!

If a change is necessary, we’ll contact you using the phone number or email you provided.
Do you offer emergency or same-day service?
Same-day or emergency service may be available depending on technician availability and location. There may be a fee for duties performed

Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate urgent repair needs.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
✔ We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.
✔ Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a service fee.
✔ No-shows or inaccessible boats may also incur charges.
When is payment due when scheduling online?
✔ Payment is due at the time the job is completed.
✔ Labor, parts, and any approved additional work will be clearly communicated before service is finalized.
✔ We do not perform unauthorized repairs.
Do I need to be present during the service?
In most cases, you do not need to be present as long as:

✔ The boat is accessible
✔ We have the correct location details
✔ Any required marina access, gate codes, or slip numbers are provided

If we need approval or additional information during service, we’ll contact you.
What information do I need to provide when booking?
Please include:

✔ The location of the boat
✔ Marina or storage facility name
✔ Slip number or storage row (if applicable)
✔ Any gate codes or access instructions

Providing accurate details helps prevent delays or rescheduling.
What happens if you can’t access my boat?
If we’re unable to access the boat at the scheduled time due to missing information, locked gates, or incorrect location details, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and a service fee may apply.
What if the booking app shows availability but your schedule changes?
While we strive to keep booking availability accurate, there may be rare cases where real-time scheduling conflicts occur.

If this happens, we’ll reach out promptly to adjust your appointment to the next best available time.
Do you contact customers before arriving?
Yes. Even if you schedule online, we WILL follow up a few days before or the day prior to service to confirm access and ensure everything is ready and we have your approval to come to your location.
