- Because this version is “No Sonar / No internal sounder”, it’s suited for systems already equipped with networked sonar or external sonar modules; compatible sonar modules (S3100, S5100, etc.) can be added via network connections
- Upgradable chart compatibility — while it comes with DISCOVER X, you can later upgrade to REVEAL X for shaded relief, satellite overlay, vegetation & bottom hardness layers
