Product Description

The Garmin ECU 10 Electronic Control Unit (010-11053-02) is a factory‑approved controller for the Reactor 40 Hydraulic Autopilot system, designed to connect and power the Course Computer Unit (CCU) and hydraulic pump using steering commands from your autopilot network.

This ECU accepts a wide input range (11.5–30 Vdc), making it compatible with 12V and 24V boating electrical systems, and features a fully gasketed housing with IPX7 water resistance for dependable performance on the water.

This component is critical for ensuring precise autopilot control and seamless communication between the CCU and hydraulic pump — making your Garmin Reactor 40 autopilot system responsive in diverse marine conditions.

Key Applications & Compatibility

  • Designed for Garmin Reactor 40 Hydraulic Autopilot systems
  • Works with compatible Garmin CCU and hydraulic pumps in offshore, powerboat, and cruising vessels
  • Supports 12V and 24V DC electrical systems
  • Used with NMEA 2000® networked helm control units and compatible Garmin chartplotters

Features & Benefits

  • Reliable autopilot control: Manages pump commands directly from the Reactor 40 Course Computer Unit
  • IPX7 water resistance: Durable against splashes and incidental water exposure for onboard installation
  • Wide voltage input: Accepts 11.5–30 Vdc power for versatile marine electrical compatibility
  • High‑impact housing: Gasketed aluminum alloy enclosure protects electronics in harsh offshore environments
  • Optimized for performance: Works with OEM Reactor 40 autopilot components to maintain steering accuracy
  • Compact design: Built for easy integration into autopilot wiring paths without bulky footprint
