Genius UltraSafe Industrial Battery Charger, 40 Amp, 24V (GX2440)

The GX2440 is a high-frequency, high-efficiency industrial battery charger for electric vehicles, like a golf cart, scissor lift, pallet jack, floor care machine or utility vehicle. It represents the latest technology for fast and efficient battery charging with multiple charging modes at a push of a button.

It's universally adaptable design allowed for global use with replaceable A/C and D/C cables and designed for all types of deep-cycle lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries. And suitable for both on-and-off board applications.

• Compatible with a wide range of deep-cycle battery chemistries: Supports wet-cell, gel, AGM, EFB, maintenance-free lead-acid and lithium-ion (Li-ion / LiFePO₄) batteries—perfect for electric vehicles, rental fleets and industrial equipment. 
• High-efficiency design: Achieves approximately 92% conversion efficiency thanks to its high-frequency switching architecture and precision die-cast aluminium unibody housing offering superior airflow and thermal management. 
• Global input adaptability: Operates from 100–240 VAC at 50–60 Hz, and features removable AC and DC cable assemblies so you can tailor install for on-board or off-board mounting and adapt to different regions.

• All-day, 24/7 safe operation: Built-in features include spark-proof technology, reverse polarity protection, over-voltage, over-current and over-temperature safeguards, plus the ability to stay connected indefinitely without risk of overcharging. 
• Broad capacity support: Designed to charge and maintain 24 V battery banks up to approximately 425 amp-hours, making it a strong fit for mid-to-large industrial EV battery packs.
